The goals that I have during my candidacy and tenure on the USCF Executive Board (should the voting members elect me) will require change, communication, and efforts from both myself, the other EB members, the delegates, and the membership community. Simply put – this is Your USCF – so your assistance and involvement is requested and needed.
This list will continue to mature and expand in detail over the coming weeks and months but will provide you with insights.
- Corporate Sponsorship for events to reduce financial outlay by both the USCF and the participants;
- Improving processes to bring transparency to important areas such as project/services bidding, employment opportunities, important areas to focus scarce resources, etc.;
- International integration for our players, organizers, directors, and families;
- Using technology to communicate and educate our players, organizers, directors, and their families;
- Using technology to streamline operations and improve service offerings for our players, organizers, directors and their families;
- Leveraging the USCF volunteer community for their collective knowledge and skills to move our organization forward.
